We will meet to honor and remember our 45 classmates who have passed away.

The Memorial Tribute will be followed by a Tour of the High School and a visit to the Class of 1969 Memorial Tree in the Alumni Garden in front of the high school.

NOTE FROM PETE DIX'S WIDOW, CATHI DIX

Thank you for the invitation to the '69 Reunion Memorial Tribute. I will not be able to attend, but I appreciate the thought.

If anyone asks, and some might, Pete died of Emphysema. He was diagnosed with it about 13 years ago. He did whatever he could, for as long as he could, and was able to fish until just a month before he died on July 2, 2013.

For not knowing very many of the 600+ Arlington 1969 graduates, I was surprised at how many names I recognized on the Memorial Tribute list.
